After installing the Bundesliga teams of  CYPES 2.0, you have to change the composition of the leagues manually to put the 18 German clubs in the Bundesliga: For that you have to go in: Mode edit> Competition format> Number of teams engaged > Choose "18" for the "LITTLE Championship" (= Bundesliga)

Then go back and choose Bundesliga and you can slide / arrange the German clubs present in "Other Europe" in "Bundesliga."
